We’re closely following the COVID-19 news and taking proactive measures that prioritize your health and safety.
Per Phase One of Governor Sisolak’s reopening plan, we are now accepting in-store shopping orders. However, we are strongly encouraging guests to choose curbside pickup or delivery and only order in-store if necessary. Masks are required for in-store pickup and curbside orders
Our Reno store is now open for delivery, curbside, and in-store shopping. In-store hours are 8AM-11PM daily for our Las Vegas and Henderson stores and from 9AM-10PM daily for our Reno store.
In-store orders do not have an order minimum
For in-store orders: In compliance with state regulations, you must wear a face mask at all times, the entire process will be contactless, social distancing protocols must be followed, and if you appear to present the signs of an infectious disease you will be asked to leave. Our staff will enforce these requirements and anyone refusing to adhere will be asked to leave. All orders must be picked up by 11PM for our Henderson and Sahara stores or by 10PM for our Reno store or your order will be cancelled and you will have to reorder the following day. All orders must be picked up within 5 hours of placement or they will be cancelled.

Curbside pickup hours are 8AM to 11PM for our Las Vegas and Henderson stores and from 9AM-10PM for our Reno store. There are no order minimums for curbside orders. All orders must be picked up within 5 hours of placement or they will be cancelled.
Same day deliveries are open from 8AM-8PM at our Sahara and Henderson locations, orders received after 8PM will be scheduled for the following day. Same day deliveries are open from 9AM-7PM for our Reno store, orders received after 7PM will be scheduled for the following day. We can only deliver to private residences. Private Residence is defined to exclude hotels, weekly hotels, monthly hotels, motels, camps, campers, motor homes, universities, colleges and/or schools as well as housing, residences and/or dormitories of such universities, colleges and/or schools, and/or other vehicles and industrial and commercial facilities that do not also serve as residences.
Due to high order volume, we are encouraging everyone to order in bulk and order early. All same-day deliveries are subject to a $125 (pre-tax, after discounts) minimum with FREE delivery and we are now delivering valley-wide and in Reno. Click here to learn more.
For curbside; You will receive an order confirmation text notification. Our system will automatically send a text telling you to wait for an “order ready” text. Please ignore this and head straight to the store. Drive to the dispensary and park in the designated pickup area. Please provide your ID and provide either cash or debit payment. Once payment is received, our staff will follow strict social distance guidelines and place your order in the back seat of your car or trunk. From the governor’s requirements, all product must be placed in either your trunk or the back seat of your car to remain contactless. If you are on a motorcycle, either a backpack or lockbox is required for product placement.
For curbside pickup; you must wear a mask and remain in your vehicle at all times, all passengers must be 21 years of age and older, and no consumption is allowed on site. In compliance with state regulations, if you present any signs of infectious illness we will refuse service. All orders must be picked up by 11PM for our Las Vegas and Henderson stores and by 10PM for our Reno store or your order will be cancelled and you will have to reorder the following day. Please be respectful, patient, and empathetic during these challenging times. We will work together to protect the safety of one another, respect the protections the state has put in place, and utilize sanitary and health best practices.

All medical customers must present a valid medical card at checkout when picking up an order.
What We’re Doing
We are also temporarily unable to accept exit bags for rewards points. Hang on to these for now. We’ve reiterated the importance of frequent and thorough hand washing with our staff and will be doing temperature checks. Anyone with a temperature above 100 degrees will be sent home. Tellers will wear gloves while handling cash.
We continue to go above and beyond our already high standards when it comes to the cleanliness of our dispensaries. We believe all cannabis use is medical, and as such we have a heightened awareness for making sure our shelves, floors, door handles and all high-traffic areas are sanitized several times a day.
We receive our flower in bulk and package it ourselves, following strict protocol with personal hygiene, gloves and masks. No one touches your flower until you consume it. We’ve reiterated the importance of frequent and thorough hand washing with our staff and encourage anyone feeling ill to stay home. We’ve placed multiple hand-sanitizers at each of our locations for our customers and floor advisors.
What You Can do
Wash your hands before handling or rolling flower. Resist sharing pre-rolls and pens. Usually sharing is caring, but it’s best to take precaution for the time being. Clean any paraphernalia that’s been used by multiple people. We recommend using 91% Isopropyl rubbing alcohol to remove resin and plant matter from your glass, titanium, or ceramic.
We will continue to monitor this dynamic and fluid situation closely. Additional measurements and changes to previous protocols may be warranted and necessary.
