How the Ordering Process Flows From Start to Finish
Getting an order to your door follows a clear sequence designed to keep things simple while meeting Nevada’s legal requirements. Each stage has a purpose, and knowing what to expect makes the whole thing smoother.
- Find your store: Enter your Sunrise Manor address so the system can route your order to the nearest location and confirm you fall within the delivery zone.
- Shop your favorites: Browse the full menu, the same selection of flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, pre-rolls, and accessories you’d find on our shelves in person.
- Upload a valid ID: Submit a clear photo of your government-issued identification. This ID must be presented and verified again when the driver arrives.
- Answer our call: Phone verification has to be completed before any delivery is routed to you. If we can’t confirm the order, it gets cancelled, so keep your phone handy.
- Be prepared: If you’re paying cash, carry exact change because drivers don’t carry any. Debit transactions round up to the nearest five dollars, and we also accept JanePay.
Same-day delivery windows run from noon to 8 PM, and you can schedule orders up to 72 hours in advance. There’s no order minimum, just a low five-dollar fee per order. One detail worth remembering: products, pricing, and promotions are locked in based on the date you place the order, not the delivery date. If a promotion changes after you’ve submitted, the one you ordered under still applies, and future promotions don’t get added retroactively.

Deliveries go only to private residences. That means we can’t bring orders to hotels, weekly or monthly hotels, motels, campers, motor homes, dormitories, or commercial facilities. As long as your Sunrise Manor address is a private home, you’re set. In the rare case an item sells out before your delivery date, our team reaches out with substitution or refund options before anything ships. We want every order to deliver real value, which is why several discounts apply automatically to regularly priced items. Medical patients receive 15% off with a valid ID and medical card, veterans and military members get 15% off with a VA card, and industry personnel receive 15% off with ID. These don’t stack on promotional items, but they add up on everyday purchases. To capture your medical tax rate, note “medical” in your order’s special instructions at checkout, or call your store. We provide a 10% discount to help offset the excise tax as well. When uploading your ID, include a side-by-side photo of your medical card, and have it ready for the driver to verify. A few habits make delivery work even better. Ordering early in the day helps us manage the daily flow and gets your products to you faster, and ordering in bulk cuts down on repeat trips. If you ever run into a vape cartridge or disposable that won’t draw, check for airflow clogs, which a few seconds of gentle warmth can clear, confirm the battery lights up when you inhale, and keep the threading clean of sticky oil. Any defective vape purchased from us is replaceable within 30 days. To redeem reward points, just indicate the amount in your order notes.
