Shop The Source‘s full cannabis menu from anywhere, place your order online, and we’ll have it ready before you walk through the door.

How Does the Ordering Process Work?

Customers place their order online via The Source‘s website or app. At checkout, select In-Store Pickup as your fulfillment method and choose your preferred location. After ordering, you’ll receive confirmation and status updates via the contact information you provided — typically by email and/or SMS. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

What Is the Latest Time I Can Place an Order?

Online orders must be placed during business hours and with enough lead time for fulfillment. All pickup orders must be collected by store closing time:

Las Vegas (Sahara), Henderson, and North Las Vegas (Deer Springs): Last pickup by 11:00 PM
Pahrump (Homestead): Last pickup by 9:00 PM

For same-day pickup, place your order early enough in the day to allow us to prepare it before the store closes.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Per Nevada state regulations and standard dispensary policy, cannabis products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once purchased or picked up. Rare exceptions may apply only for defective packaging or a product that doesn’t match what was ordered, and these are handled on a case-by-case basis by The Source management in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

What Happens at Checkout?

Selecting Items: Browse The Source‘s full cannabis menu online and add products to your cart.
Choosing Pickup: At checkout, select In-Store Pickup (or curbside if available), your preferred location, and a convenient pickup time.
Payment: We accept cash, debit, and Jane Pay. Credit cards are not accepted due to federal banking restrictions on cannabis transactions.
Valid ID: When you arrive to pick up your order, you must present a valid government-issued ID — such as a state driver’s license, state ID card, military ID, or passport — showing you are 21 or older for recreational products, or a valid medical cannabis card for medical purchases. Your ID is scanned and verified in store before your order is released.

Head to the retail location you selected at checkout. The Source has five dispensary locations across Nevada:

The Source + Las Vegas — 2550 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146
The Source + Henderson — 9480 S Eastern Ave Suite 185, Las Vegas, NV 89123
The Source + North Las Vegas — 420 E Deer Springs Way, North Las Vegas, NV 89084
The Source + Water St. — 450 N Water St, Henderson, NV 89015
The Source + Pahrump — 2370 Homestead Rd, Pahrump, NV 89048

Once inside, follow the in-store signage or ask a team member to direct you to the customer service counter or designated pickup area. Pickup hours vary by location and must fall within store operating hours. We’re proud to serve Nevada.
