Same-day deliveries run from 12PM to 8PM, and you can schedule an order up to 72 hours in advance. There’s no order minimum, only a low five-dollar fee per order. To ensure you receive your medical tax rate, indicate “medical” in your order notes under Special Instructions at checkout or call your store directly. For applicable locations, we provide a 10% discount to help offset the excise tax. Rewards members can redeem points by noting the desired amount in those same Special Instructions. If you ever experience an issue with a vape cartridge or disposable, simple troubleshooting like checking airflow, battery charge, and keeping the threading clean often resolves the problem.
